Patio Installers in Petts Wood

Petts Wood homeowners choose Rubin Constructions for patios that complement the area's tidy 1930s semis and woodland character. We design and install porcelain and Indian sandstone patios across BR5, from the family homes near Petts Wood station to the properties backing onto the Hawkwood Estate and National Trust land. Every patio begins with a proper sub-base: excavated, MOT-type-1 laid, compacted and screeded to a fall that sheds water cleanly for years. We then lay your chosen porcelain or natural stone to tight, consistent joints, finished with premium polymer-grouted or wet-bed jointing that resists the local clay and weather.

Where many Petts Wood patio installers stop at the slab, we treat the patio as the floor of an outdoor room — coordinating levels with lawns, steps, raised sleeper beds and drainage so the whole garden sits together. You get one trusted contractor, real finished-work photography, and a 4.9/5 rating from 48 verified MyBuilder reviews.
